I'm a scientist, working on my doctorate. I spend a lot of my professional time writing (papers, proposals, presentations, etc). I live in a flat over a grocery with my fantastic roommate and a fish. I adore Mexican food and have a tendency to use too much sour cream. I work part-time for a small publishing company and am a bit of a grammar-nazi.

I love to read (and sometimes write, when I haven't been doing too much of it for science).
